Dreamsofhome.sg shall use reasonable endeavours to maintain the availability of the Hosted Services to the Customer [at the gateway between the public internet and the network of the hosting services provider for the Hosted Services], but does not guarantee 100% availability. For the avoidance of doubt, downtime caused directly or indirectly by any of the following shall not be considered a breach of this Agreement:

• a Force Majeure Event;
• a fault or failure of the internet or any public telecommunications network;
• a fault or failure of the Customer's computer systems or networks;
• a fault or failure due to dreamsofhome.sg's hosting platform;
• any breach by the Customer of this Agreement; or
• scheduled or unscheduled maintenance being carried out;

Content Liability:

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are raised on your Website.
